Is Old Skool Sunday age restricted?

Yes. Old Skool Sunday is a 21+ event. Valid photographic ID may be requested on entry, so please bring ID with you even if you are clearly over 21.

 

What do I do if I cannot find my ticket or confirmation email?

Please check your email inbox, junk/spam folder and the email address used at the time of booking. If tickets are sold through a ticketing platform like Eventbrite, please use that platform’s customer support route. Are tickets available on the door?

Brunch tickets will not be available on the door and must be booked in advance. There is no door entry past 6pm unless you are an online ticket holder/purchaser.

A limited number of Day Club / dance party tickets may be available on the door from 2:30pm, subject to capacity. However, advance booking is strongly recommended, as door entry is not guaranteed.

Brunch tickets, reserved seating and VIP booth options must all be booked in advance and cannot be guaranteed on the day.

 

Why are there different entry times?

We are running a light cold buffet brunch between 1pm and 2.30pm. This has a separate cost and entry time and finishes at 2.30pm when we are letting the other ticket

Why are tickets released at different prices?

We use a staggered ticket release system. There are two types of ticket – one for brunch and one for general entry without food.  The price reflects these differences in offering. The change in prices are also as early bird systems. There is no difference in general entry access between the release tiers — the earlier you book, the cheaper your ticket will be.

 

Are there reserved seating options?

There is no reserved seating for general ticket holders. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis in both areas.

If you are joining us for brunch, we recommend arriving early so you can choose your preferred spot. The same applies to the VIP booths in the club room.

Please note that a small number of seating areas may be reserved for staff, performers or event operations. There will still be plenty of seating available at the start of the day.

 

Is brunch included with every ticket?

No. Brunch is only included with tickets that specifically state brunch is included. Brunch places are limited and must be booked in advance. Entry-only tickets do not include brunch.

 

What time is brunch served?

Brunch nibbles / cold buffet food is expected to be served between 1: PM and 2: PM. Brunch ticket holders should arrive between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to allow time to check in and enjoy the food.

Is reserved brunch seating guaranteed?

Reserved brunch seating is only guaranteed during the stated brunch arrival window. If a ticket holder arrives late, unclaimed tables or seats may be released for general use. Brunch allocation remains subject to advance booking, availability and event timings.
